As the listing agent on this property, I have a special affinity for it as I once lived directly next door in fact sharing a wall with this very unit. In the three years that I lived here, I enjoyed every single moment. I slept with my windows open every summer night and could hear the water running on the creek across the street. My favorite nights were when it rained and the water fall/rapids would pick up steam and it sounded like being up in the mountains. The location is so close to downtown that many nights I brought friends back and it was always so fast to get anywhere. People always commented on how beautiful the building was and how lucky I was to live here.
