As the listing agent on this property, I have a special affinity for it as I once lived directly next door in fact sharing a wall with this very unit. In the three years that I lived here, I enjoyed every single moment. I slept with my windows open every summer night and could hear the water running on the creek across the street. My favorite nights were when it rained and the water fall/rapids would pick up steam and it sounded like being up in the mountains. The location is so close to downtown that many nights I brought friends back and it was always so fast to get anywhere. People always commented on how beautiful the building was and how lucky I was to live here. I appreciated the elevator down to my heated parking space and the extra deeded storage and whenever the HOA sponsored a get-together out on the patio out back I was always there. My son was born and I would walk him over to the creek and he named the ducks and foxes we saw everyday. I decorated my unit by walking across the street to Z Gallery, Pottery Barn, Bed Bath and World Market and walked my entire decor back over piece by piece, day by day as a hobby. Every Saturday meant the Farmers market and fresh food around the corner and every Sunday was a walk into Cherry Creek for coffee at Starbucks.As my family grew so did I and it was time to move on but I still feel home sick every time I drive by and I am so proud to be listing homes now in a place that means so much to me.
